Free Delivery?

We aim to offer free delivery on all UK orders and for the vast majority of customers that's exactly what you'll get — no delivery charge.

In rare cases, delivery charges may apply, eg, certain postcodes, locations, access restrictions, delivery requirements, products, suppliers or couriers. If this affects your order, we'll let you know before proceeding and you won't be charged without your agreement.

It's worth ensuring access routes to your property are clear and wide enough to receive delivery. If it can't be completed due to access or other issues on your side, return costs may apply.
