Refund policy
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card but it will not be charged.
We will ask our supplier to confirm that the product is available for despatch.
Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be despatched.
If there is any delay, such as an item on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and let you know.
Delivery Time Generally
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for despatch, we will charge your card and your order will generally be delivered within 3 - 5 working days or such other time that applies to your particular order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier or delivery location. If there's significant delay, we'll let you know.
We'll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being despatched.

Easy Return If Change Your Mind
We want you to love what you've chosen.
Within 14 days from date of delivery, you may request to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll email you return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return. If we incur restocking or other fees, they may be passed on to you.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please do not send a return to our registered address. Returns sent there will not be accepted.

Damage & Issues
Please thoroughly inspect all items on delivery.
Please do not accept delivery of a damaged, defective or wrong item.
If you spot an issue at or after delivery, or if your order is incomplete, please email us no later than 48 hours from delivery.

Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products, special orders or personalised items.
Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Cancellation After Despatch
If your order has been despatched, you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.
Exchange
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have already received and, once that return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your account.
